We offer free delivery to all our customers here in Australia and a flat fee of $25 for all orders to New Zealand

Please drop us a message directly if you are needing anything urgently (like the carrot seeds and chocolate included in your order) and we will arrange Express Post or courier.

Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return garments by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from The Penelope Store.
  • If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased please return with an enclosed PREPAID Australia Post bag labelled with your address
