Ordering and Delivery
Penelope Store uses Australia Post & Amarex. We offer free postage within Australia and $25 flat rate postage to New Zealand.
Orders received before mid day will be dispatched the same day, orders received after mid day will go the next day.
If your post box is not secure at home, please make arrangements to have your order delivered elsewhere where it is secure, as we are unable to guarantee delivery to addresses which are not secure.
Penelope Store is not responsible for the item delivery and does not accept responsibility for an item once it has left our premises.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage, or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Penelope Store.
